Description I'm not even sure what section this art belongs in.

I have a story that I'm not sure what form of media I should make it in (originally started as a concept for a game), but I really would love to do a comic of it. I just don't currently have the skill to draw it!

Anyway, to the point, the story has lots and lots of angels in it. Instead of going with the stereotypical bird wing, I decided to make something different. I began asking myself, what if angel wings weren't really "wings" at all? What if the people who witnessed an angel had no other thing to base it on?

I really wanted to use tentacles for the angels wings. While I have a very "solid" and winded explanation why I decided this, I'm not even going to try to go through all my references and thought processes. But how do you make such a thing look pretty? Oddly, this took me several months to figure out to use jellyfish tentacles as wings. I had no idea how to draw a wing with jellyfish tentacles so I decided to experiment before I tackled the task of actually drawing. Using Google to search for images, I cut and pasted the tentacles together to create a wing. I think the result is terribly beautiful and much what I wanted in the type of "angel" wing I wanted to create.

Now I have to figure out how to draw this!

Totally awesome concept you've got going here! I wish you the best of luck in figuring out how to draw it, I think the conceptual work you have here and the idea itself have some real great potential for being awesome!
