Yay! It's finished! This took a long time to finish. It's not that I put a lot of hours into it, its just that I was side-tracked by a lot of other more important stuff.

I kind of half-assed the water but I like the clouds and stuff. I scanned this and colored it in Photoshop as usual. I'm using way more filters now than ever! They're pretty spiffy, I just rarely have a use for them.

Anyway, this is for feeleash [link] I hope you like it! If not, I might be able to fix it some more.

Edit: And I was able to fix it some more! I couldn't for the life of me remember how I used the filters, but some clever copy and pasting techniques helped me finish the job. Thanks for the input, feeleash!
