Hey, how's it going everyone?It's been a while since I uploaded any SF art... so I thought it's time I need to.
Here's another drawing of my series of Ryu x Chun Li art... and I have to say that I really love how this piece came out.
Ryu is off to find Akuma and Chun doesn't want him to go, fearing he may not come back alive.
I was listening to this when I started drawing it... let's say it put me in the mood to draw the setting. Yes, I'm a big Naruto fan.

Everything is perfect here. From the lonely heart of Ryu to Chun Li's fear of being alone you've captured all. They are also very well proportioned with Chun's strong thighs and Ryu's muscles at the very right size. It's a very strong and emotional image. Congratulations!

Ah, yes.......the "Reverse Hug" Technique......Chun-Li's super kicks can only come so close to being as powerful as that move.

Well if in the case a more in character thing would be this:
Ryu: Well Chun Li if in the case I were to want to get married, YOU would have to be only obvious choice

Chun li cools down rolls her eyes, smiles and grabs his arm

Yeah, I've been pretty busy, and have been trying to crank out as much art as i can. Right now, I'm adding text to the RCL comic, which hopefully I can upload soon. Then maybe I can get started on another Chunners pic.
and yeah, I'm into Naruto! Well, I've always loved ninjas, and I love the story of Naruto. It has been great so far, but like you, I don't care for the fillers too much.

I have been looking at this pic for as long as it's been posted, and I must say...this pleases me. Such emotion...you can literally feel it...it's the same sort of feeling I get when I read Night's 'Hero of Heroes' story and Ryu returns to Japan to face Gouki/Akuma...and he knows he must to purge the evil of the Satsui no Hadou...but doing so hurts so much...
Anyways, I love it!!! :fav:

Thanks, I'm glad you like it! And you're right about one thing, Night's "Hero of Heroes" fanfic helped inspire this piece, the part where Ryu is saying his goodbyes at the airport and Chun has to see him walk away... really heart breaking stuff...
The song I have linked in the description was going through my head, and I was listening to it when I was drawing this, which help me set the mood and emotion.

All this talk about Night's fic makes me want to read it again. It had a huge impact on my writing style and reading it again would be great to see how far I've come.
