This is my Wadanohara OC, I've had this lying around for a while and only just got to finishing it.His name is Dekishi and he used be a good guy, but was punished for something he didn't do and was banished to the deep sea, hence why he took up this position instead.
He generally has a lifeless or deadpan expression and is a very cynical and slightly sadistic person now.
