I made my own balloon Brush (will post it here soon) You have to select the Paint Brush to use NOT Pencil and Dynamics (Random Color) and to get a Darker Color Balloon you Don't use dynamic use Paint Brush and select your balloon color and click 3-4 over top of each other to make the balloon color darker.
