Re-uploading this today because DA was a screwy bitch yesterday....

It's an inside joke thingy...hee hee...

This be my first piece of Kingdom Hearts fanart. I drew it a couple days after I bought the game (about 3 or so weeks ago) and finally finished CGing it earlier this week. I wanted to show it to a friend to see if she thought it looked ok before I uploaded it, but sadly her DSL is defunct at the moment so she hasn't been online...But I'm too anxious for my own good and couldn't wait any longer to upload this baby!

I originally tried to draw it in the KH style, but it ended up coming out in a mixture of my style and the KH style. Actually the style reminds me of the more typical FF style, but that's just me. I do like how the lineart turned out though. I actually drew in all (or most) of the details for his design, which is something I don't usually do because I'm an ass. The coloring was the hardest part. It was a trial and error thing for me to get the right shading tone for the skin (the first ones I did were way too blue and dark and junk). I really like how the coloring came out on Sora, it turned out better than I thought it was going to. The bg looks ok, it's not exactly what I had originally envisioned, but I think it looks fine. That's definately one of the best moons I've ever done. The rock he's standing on kinda bugs me, as well as his cast shadow. I also wish the water looked a little bettter...But hell, I tried my best! There's more I could nitpick about, but I won't..

Well, despite the many faults I think this looks good! It captured the mood I was going for perfectly! Hope you guys like it!
