This is the E.PPG's Dynamo of Dark Townsville from PPG Character Creator named DIABLOSNOTE - Made the colors different to make E.Dynamo look menacing.
DIABLOS is know as the Metal Reaper That Reaps The Thousand Souls due to her destroying a lot of buildings and killing a lot of civilians with her powerful attack, She is one of Dark Townsville most menacing and dangerous villains to ever fought She had a lot of arsenal including Hellfire Lasers, Demon Missiles, Guillotine Bow, spider Mines, Metal Ball where can lay bombs and the most powerful the Cursed Beam. She was created by Professor Pandemonium to rule the world but she was too dangerous and he wanted to dismantle her, but later Bloodchill turned on him and uses DIABLOS to served Bloodchill and her sisters instead to caused much carnage and destruction they want.
