Description Comic 01: Dark Expectations...  (4 panels)
Panel 1: (Full width; about 1/3 height; Bleed top and sides; 3rd person behind perspective, with slight upward angle [5-25 degrees?])

Tony seen from behind, with his hood down, silhouetted towards left of panel looking upward slightly towards the gates (about half an inch to the right of the page when at standard manga size).  The wrought iron gate is between two rectangular posts made of stone with a gargoyle atop each one.  The right post has the address number on it.  In the center of the gate is a "B".  Gate reference is located here: [link]  Some of the bars on the fence are rusted, and some are bent.  Winding in behind the gate is long, broken-up rock road leading towards the Manor (which isn't visible in the panel yet).  The Manor should be about...  six hundred feet (perspective-wise) away?  Several empty or dead crooked trees are close to the gate and a lot of them are in the distance as well.  It's early fall and there are a few leaves on the ground.  Address number, which is not clear enough to read, is 1601.  The lighting should be coming from behind Tony a bit with the sunset near it's end (continue same lighting throughout the page).

Tony Narr.: "Is this really the place?"  (Rectangular narration box that is wider than it is tall, about 1:3 scale?  Should be covering part of the right post, the path and part of the fence.  Emphasis on "really".)

Panel 2: (A little less than half the width of the page; A little less than a third the height; about a quarter inch to right of left side of the page, an eighth inch below panel 1; Layered above panel 4; Perspective should be third person behind, looking slightly downward [5-10 degrees?] over the shoulder)

Looking over Tony's shoulder at the newspaper ad and the gate's address sign.  The ad should be in the upper right hand corner of the paper and stop just above his shoulder.  The gate address number should be just about an eighth inch below the panel border.  As in the previous panel, the address number is 1601.

Tony Narr.: "Sigh.  1601 Haversham Avenue."

Panel 3: (About same width and height as previous panel; Positioned a quarter inch left of right side of page, About a half inch below panel 1; Layered above panel 4; Perspective is from the side, looking down.  Rotated about 5-25 degrees clockwise, angled down about 20 degrees.)

Tony has the paper sticking out of his left hoody pocket and is pushing open the gate, obviously using a slight bit of force to do so.

Tony Narr.: "This is the place alright..."  (Should be above the path, to the right of Tony and the gate.)

Panel 4: (Full width; 2/3 height; Bleed sides and bottom; Layered below panels 2 and 3; Perspective is bird's eye, far above the scene displayed.  Should be angled at about 35-55 degrees looking down and forward.)

Just below panel 2 the Manor should be visible (see [link] for references) with the moon, bats and clouds behind it.  To the far right of the panel, just below panel 3, the sun should be finishing it's setting.  Behind panels 2 and 3 there should be the transitory nature of the sky from sunset to night going from sunlight on the right side to night on the left.  A few clouds and stars should be visible.  Leading away from the Manor we see the path and driveway leading to the culdesac-esq circle with the gazebo (reference: [link]) in it's center.  Away from the circle towards the bottom left corner we see the private road going out towards the main road.  Leading from the gate (in the lower right hand corner) towards the Manor we see the rocky path/road, which butts up against the circle where pedestrian crossing lines lead to the gazebo and then on, to the Manor.  Tony should be about forty feet from the gate perspective-wise, walking along the path.  All around the path leading up to the circle there should be quite a few trees, not a forest, but enough density that it makes for an interesting walk.  About one tree covering every thirty square feet or so.

Tony Narr.: "...Bloodstone Manor."  (Should have it's top right corner covering a section of the path in between the circle and the gate.  Should be about a third to half inch from the circle, and about a quarter to third inch from where Tony is on the path.)
