Janice: "If you had, you would have been left to burn with it."

Panel 2: (2/3 Width; 1/3 Height) Janice pulling out a cell phone.

Xander (off-panel): "Like you left my wife?"

Panel 3: (2/3 Width; 1/3 Height) Janice putting up an index finger to silence for a moment. No dialogue.

Panel 4: (Full Width; 1/3 Height) Janice on the phone.

Janice: "Yes, I'm calling on behalf of the Bloodstone Estate, it seems that the paperwork sent to your office was mixed up somehow. Xander Livingston does not had control of the property as due to his time spent in a mental health facility, and it was released to Evelyn Bloodstone years ago, as she is the direct heir, despite his prior claim. I've already mailed a copy of the relevant police and facility records to your office, they should have arrived-Oh good, you have it. Then I'll leave it in your care."
