Description
Comic 02: Foreboding Feeling... (6 panels)Panel 1: (Slightly larger than a third width of the page; About a third height; Bleed left side and top; Perspective should be from in front of Tony with a slight counter clockwise rotation and about 5-10 degrees forward, looking down ever so slightly.)
Tony looking around frightened, with a couple trees around him. He's slightly crouching downward with his head pulled slightly into his shoulders. Each lower arm is against its upper arm as close as it can be, with both elbows pointing outward slightly, and the hand in loose fists with the thumbs pointing upward, with the thumbnails facing his chin.
SFX: Owl hooting three times. (Should run off panel and under panel 2.)
Tony Narr.: "What was that?!" (At top left corner of the panel.)
Panel 2: (About a fourth width; About a quarter to a half inch taller than panel 1; Bleed top; Layered over panel 4; Perspective should be looking almost straight on, slightly up [5-15 degrees?].)
Show an owl with the moon behind it, perched on a thin branch. The owl itself should be silhouetted with it's eyes sinisterly shining white. About half it's body should be inside the moon, slightly to the left of its vertical diameter line. It's wings should be smoothly held against it's body. Above it's head there should be another thin branch covering part of the moon's top curvature. Below the branch the owl is on it's tail feathers should be seen dipping down. Part of the tree's main body should bee seen barely curving into the panel at the lower left corner. Perhaps a third thinner branch should be underneath the owl?
SFX: Another hoot right below the owl's perch branch running into the borders of the panel? (not really sure about this sound effect...)
Panel 3: (Slightly less than a third width; About a third height; Bleed right and top; Perspective should be mostly from the front, rotated slightly more than in panel 1, but angled slightly up instead of down [10-15 degrees?].)
Tony pulling on his shirt collar while looking upwards where the owl is (off panel). Line of eyesight should run to panel border at about a third inch below the page top, on the right side.
Tony Narr.: "Oh... Just some stupid owl..." (Single box that should cover most of the bottom of the panel, just barely above the panel border.)
Panel 4: (Full width; slightly less than a third height; Bleed sides; Should be layered beneath panel 2; Perspective should be 3rd person behind Tony, looking downward slightly [10-25 degrees about].)
Tony continuing to walk almost at the Manor itself. Should be about an inch to the right of the left side of the page. There should be a tree to his left, and a large rock (big enough to sit on) to his right. Possibly another tree peaking it's top into the lower right corner of the panel? The path Tony is on now should be a real sidewalk instead of the rocky path he was on before. Seen just barely below the panel 2 border and to the right of it is the Manor steps and deck (See references: [link], [link]). To either side of the steps are the guardians, griffin -like statues, each atop a small block of solid stone. There should be a pillar behind each "guardian", and the right one should have some vines creeping up it. There should be quite a few weeds and some overgrown grass coming up through the sidewalk and all around the lawn. Just barely underneath panel 2 and to the left of it's lower left corner, the deck should be visible in front of the Manor and going around it's corner.
General Narr.: "Soon..." (In top left corner, just barely out of gutter, left edge slightly to right of next text box's left edge.)
Tony Narr. 1: "This place is creepy... Like Adams' Family Bad..." (About a half inch below panel 1, and just slightly to right of panel edge, just enough to stay out of the gutter.)
Tony Narr. 2: "Is it just me... or was it light out a few minutes ago?" (About an eighth inch from the right edge of the panel, and barely above the bottom panel border. Top left corner should cover part of the sidewalk, and the top edge should cover part of the rock large enough to sit on.)
Panel 5: (Slightly less than half the page width; Slightly over a third page height; Bleed left and bottom; Side view, slightly looking down [15-25 degrees?].)
Tony looking up at the Manor, on bottom step. His boots aren't visible because the statues and their stone blocks are in the way. Tony is obviously breathing a sigh of regret while looking as if he's trying to build up courage for that which he is about to do. The vines growing on the pillar should have withering flowers visible on them now, and the vine's base should be seen coming up on the side of the deck up to the pillar, crossing over a crack in the original stone entrance step Behind the entry step the deck should be visible heading upwards toward the upper right corner and out of view. There should be a couple tuffs of overgrown grass butting up against the stone entry step and the closer griffin's stone block. To the lower left corner the sitting rock should be visible.
Panel 6: (Slightly less than half the page width; Slightly over a third page height; Bleed right and bottom; 3rd person behind perspective, with a slightly counter-clockwise rotation, and slightly looking down [15-25 degrees?].
Tony using one of the two big door knockers. Show just his hand, the knockers, the door and little else.
SFX: "Nok Nok" (Some knocking SFX at least, at the top of the panel.)
Tony Narr.: "I hope they like company... I don't want any trouble..." (At lower right corner, barely to left of right edge, and about an eight inch above the bottom edge.)
