     Panel 1: Morty sighing as he looks up at the ceiling.
  Morty: "As I said before, I believe that my assistance is all that you will require."

     Panel 2: Eve glaring at Morty with lightning between their eyes.
  Eve: "And as I said before, that was true when it was just me living here, but with the new tenants we may have I need some help.  Besides, you have little skill with building or groundskeeping.  If you had, this manor would not be in the state it has fallen to."

     Panel 3: Morty showing his disdain.
  Morty: "I concede to that.  So you really want my opinion of this...  Creature?"
  Eve: "Yes."

     Panel 4: Tony playing with a yo-yo while waiting.
