Comic 263: Strawman CallingPanel 1: Kai looking like he's falling asleep, sitting in the monitor room.
Narr.: "The next day..."
SFX: Cell phone ring and starting lyrics of the song "Eye of the Tiger", but not the chorus.
Panel 2: Kai talking into his phone, still looking bored.
Kai: "Yo. This is Kai."
Carl: "Don't say my name. This is Strawman. Are you being watched?"
Panel 3: Cut to show the outside of the cyber cafe that Carl is in.
Kai: "Stra-? "Ca-"
Carl: "I said don't say my name!"
Kai 2: "Sheesh man, what's up with you?"
Carl 2: "C4. Remote detonator. Barely got out alive. Lost my record collection."
Panel 4: Kai falling back in his chair, running a hand through his hair, looking overwhelmed.
Kai: "What... Who..."
Carl: "Obviously either Ansen was order to, or did it of his own volition. Personally I don't care which."
Kai 2: "I just want you to know-"
Carl 2: "I know."
Carl 3: "And if I take action I'll let you know when to duck."
Panel 5: Kai talking on the phone to Carl (out of view), and Joana walking past the room and turning her face backwards slightly at where the Kai would be, with curiosity.
Kai: "That'd be appreciated."
Kai 2: "Yeah, they keep me out of the loop in that regard..."
