Comic 266: Not Avon Calling
Panel 1: Show the Manor from the outside.

Panel 2: Show the main living room. Tony leaning way back on the chair, with his back and legs across it's arms. See him from the front (so his face is shown upside down looking at the readers), and Eve is walking off, up the stairs.

Tony: "At least it all turned out all right in the end, right?"
Tony 2: "The kooks are gone, and nobody's secrets were revealed."
Eve: "Regardless, we'll need to be on guard should another such situation arise again."
SFX: Doorbell.

Panel 3: Tony opening up the door, looking back at the residents in the living room.

Tony: "Yeah, I-"
Carl: "Hello again."
Carl 2: "I read in the paper that you are still looking for possible tenants."

Panel 5: Carl standing at main entrance to the Manor, with his left hand (reader's right) up with casual fingers loose, palm up, and his right underneath his left elbow. Pose appears to be one of general interest and nonchalance.

Carl: "May I come in?"
