Description
Comic 47: Samaritan.Panel 1: Show a flashback of Morty covered in dirt about to collapse on the porch just barely alive.
Morty (Narr.): "Imagine his surprise when I had knocked on the door the next day."
Morty (flashback): "I'm sorry to bother you, sir, but could you please spare me a few pints of blood?"
Panel 2: Morty looking up at the ceiling in a recollection expression.
Morty: "Johnathon Archimedes Bloodstone was a man of surprising compassion even for one such as myself and nursed me back to health with the help of his livestock. I graciously served his family and he was the closest friend I had in over a century."
Panel 3: Morty opening up his shirt to show the magic branding over his heart.
Morty: "I gladly had this branded on my flesh so that I should never cause harm to him or any he cared for. In return he never asked anything of me and yet I have served his family for over two hundred years. Not all of his lineage were as kind as he, but I was a monster before he took me under his wing."
Panel 4: Tony and Morty walking past a doorway.
Tony: "So he essentially adopted you, but didn't treat you like a kid. I would have liked to meet him."
Morty: "Very astute. When you aren't being immature you actually are mildly endearing. Johnathon would have liked you."
Tony: "Thanks, I think. Hold up a sec."
Panel 5: Tony leaning back as he looks in the open doorway (Tony's future room).
Morty: "Yes, what is it?"
Tony: "I don't know..."
