Comic 48: ThumbNAIL
     Panel 1: Show the room (Tony's future room) with it empty.  Tony is in the middle with his arms in the air, and Morty is just within the door to the reader's far upper left, with his arms crossed as he leans on the doorframe.  No door on that frame.  Two others are visible as well, one with an actual door.
  Tony: "But I think it'll be my new room.  It needs some work, but that's what I'm here for, right?"
  Morty: "Heh.  He really would have liked you."

     Panel 2: Morty still leaning on the doorframe, Tony turning back towards him.  Different view, same distances though.
  Morty: "This room hasn't been touched in decades, but it used to be his room when the Manor was a much smaller house, and the door behind you led to the barn.  Of course, the house has been expanded since then, and the barn removed, but most of the structural woodwork here is the same, just a different face over it."

     Panel 3: Tony has hand scratching his head.
  Tony: "So you care for this old place, huh?  And you obviously know enough of how it used to be to restore most of it, so why did Eve need to hire me?"
  Morty: "Uh..."

     Panel 4: Flashback of Morty with a nail straight through his thumb holding up his hand for a younger Eve trying to pull it out.
  Morty: "Besides the fact that she doesn't trust me to getting the supplies, I'm not a very capable handyman we found out..."

     Panel 5: Morty extending a hand for Tony to shake.  Tony reaching out to grab it.
  Morty: "I'm sorry I over-reacted earlier, but if you need any assistance you know where to find me."
  Tony: "Just knock first, right?"
  Morty: "Thank you, yes.  If I'm slow to respond I'll be out for a few hours though..."
