Description Comic 68: Eye Contact Issues
Panel 1: The figure has a hoodie and his face is concealed in shadow.  He's holding a newspaper out for them to see.
Emmett: "I'm here about the advertisement.  For a room to rent?"
  Eve: "Oh!"

Panel 2: Eve grabbing his arm and leading him in.
Eve: "Please, come in, come in.  My!  Your arm is chilled to the bone.  Let's take you to the living room fireplace."
  Emmett: "Thank you."

Panel 3: Emmett sitting down in the chair closest to the fireplace, but his face is turned away from it, so it's still in shadow.  Morty and Tony are standing with Morty close to Emmett with a tray, Lydia and Eve are seated.
Tony: "Sorry to bother you, but could you lower your hood?  It's hard for me to talk to someone if I can't see their eyes."
Morty (thinking): "Aren't you the kettle calling the pot black?"
  Emmett: "Certainly.  Dreadfully sorry."

Panel 4: Hood is lowered and one can see that he's similar to Emmett's human form, but all but his head and hands are covered.  He is leaning his right cheek against his right hand, with his right elbow on the arm of the chair.  Face is still slightly shadowed, but only slightly.
  Emmett: "Better?"
  Tony: "Much.  Thank you."
Eve: "Now, before we rent out to you, there are a few things you might have to ask from us, and of course, we'll have a few for you as well."

Panel 5: Eve's face with fingers splayed, pressed together.
Eve: "If we do rent to you, you'll be allowed to room in any one of the currently empty rooms and some modifications can be done to it for a small fee if you detail them to our caretaker here.  Are there any particulars you'd require as a starting point?  A corner room perhaps?"
