Comic 73: Game Room
     Panel 1: Tony and Morty set the big box down where Lydia is pointing.  There should be a bed already set up as well as a few other things.
  Lydia: "There, thanks."
  Morty: "Just a few smaller boxes and the couch..."
  Tony: "Not sure where you're planning to put that though.  There's not a whole lot more room in here, and the den already has enough chairs and seats for ten."

     Panel 2: Lydia, Morty and Tony walking back through the hallway.
  Lydia: "Well, I was sort of thinking in the room over here.  We could turn it into a small game room or something."
  Morty: "That would be splendid.  It's been years since I've played a rousing game of poker or scrabble."

     Panel 3: Show the room with Eve and Morty playing scrabble with Emmett, and Lydia and Tony playing pool.
  Lydia: "Well, I was thinking more along the lines of billiards or video games..."
  Tony: "Actually, I think we could fit in all of those.  The room's a bit smaller than yours, but not too small."

     Panel 4: The trio are exiting the Manor into sunlight again and there's a bit of a glare.
  Eve: "Look who I found while I was in town!"

     Panel 5: Emmett and Lydia walking up towards the Manor from the driveway as the delivery people are shutting the van.  Emmett has a notebook shoulder strap bag hanging down along with another bag on the same arm as a book that he's reading.
  Lydia: "Emmett!  How are you doing?"
  Emmett: "Fine, thank you."
