Comic 93: Rationalizing Disaster
     Panel 1: Show the Manor itself from outside.
  Eve and Tony: "A PARTY? HERE?!"

     Panel 2: Eve has her arms crossed and is looking up at the ceiling.  Tony has his face in his hands and fingers slightly displacing hair.  His head is facing down in a "why me, why now?" tilting.  He obviously knows that it'll be a LOT of work and trouble.  Lydia is facing towards them both, away from the readers.
  Tony: "Ugh..."
  Lydia: "Now, hear me out."

     Panel 3: Lydia with three fingers out against her other hand's open palm, facing half towards readers, half to the left side of the panel.  Leave room on the right side for the text balloons.
  Lydia: "First of all, the party could have a cover charge, so although there will be initial costs, there'll probably be some profit with even a small crowd, and I think we can get the place packed if we do it right."
  Lydia 2:  "Secondly, you've got Morty and Emmett in case things get a little rowdy.  Third, it's a good way to connect with the community as well as scope out potential new tenants."
  Lydia 3:  "Finally, with my father's connections we could probably get the food and drink for cheap."
