Subject 4 "Emmett Smith" - Metagenetic test subject with bio-electromagnetic powers. An enigmatic hacker with a inventive and curious nature. Makes most of his money inventing things and selling anonymously. Constantly he attempts to create or discover new things, often risking his own life, and sometimes the lives of those around him, in his unquenchable thirst for knowledge and understanding. Forward and to the point usually.

Has an android body that he can enter which can lift almost a ton at full strength. Also able to transform into an electric form (capable of travelling most electrical lines), jump or run like lighting jumping from one spot to another, create a
taser punch, throw small balls of lighting (can create larger, but takes more charge), fire off electrical charges, etc.

White hair (dyes it blonde typically), with black bangs. Electric blue eyes and typically wears industrial welder's goggles atop head. Typically dressed in psuedo-industrial tech geek attire, oft with inside jokes and references on them.
