Part one of nine.While this is a shorter sequence than usual for Demonica, I thought I'd use it to introduce a bit of a redesign for her character.
I noticed I was drawing Demonica's hair longer and longer lately, and I wanted to go back to a shorter 'do for her, to help emphasize the changes she usually goes through. Which is easy enough, since everyone tends to let their hair grow out and get haircuts, so it's nothing too radical.
The second, though, is a little more noticeable. I redesigned Demonica's wings so that instead of coming out of her upper back, then instead come out around the small of her back, and up above her thighs. I rather prefer this look. Not sure how or why, but I think it helps accentuate the hourglass shape, putting emphasis on the upper body and the things, to really emphasize the female form. Plus, I had trouble with the logistics of where her wings were coming out. It didn't really make sense in the turn around in my head, as to how they would be coming out of her body. This helps with that image, as now they come out from the top of the "swimsuit" in her back.
