Description
River Person had not previously gotten a REF or a proper image of them, so this one is canon by default. Made them a real character, instead of an npc on the side. They are one of the only ones who knows about Frisk's power to reset, and can even know about the different routes they went on. They love shells, hence their name shell, and they love boating.===================================================================
