I thinkn that dromeaeosauroidea dinosaurs could have done the same. Young acheroraptor chick got lost and reached the nest of the dakotaraptors. He emits the characteristic food-seeking sound of its species, thereby deceiving the dakotaraptor mother of a closely related species.
