Not sure what I can say about Arnold Betrays Iggy that hasn't already been said, so here's how I think it could've been better:

1) Iggy has a reason for wearing bunny pajamas (either his family is poor and they were all they could afford or if they were made by his late grandmother and he wears them for sentimental reasons).

2) Sid and Stinky hear Arnold and Iggy talking about the pajamas while passing by the window, and they claim Arnold told them. Iggy blames Arnold, and Arnold claims innocence.

3) After about a week, everyone either forgets about this, or get annoyed by Sid and Stinky's constant jokes.

4) Arnold is told that he has to reveal something embarrassing about himself to get even. However, right before he does so, Iggy finds that Sid and Stinky had been looking in, and Arnold never said anything.

5) Iggy runs home and gets the pajamas, so that he and Arnold can be embarrassed together.

6) When people start to laugh, Iggy says that everyone has an embarrassing secret, be it bunny pajamas or whatever Arnold's secret is.

7) This leads to another student to deny this, only to have a stuffed animal fall out of their bag, revealing they carry a childhood toy.

8) After everyone laughs at this, other students reveal their own embarrassing secrets.

9) Sid and Stinky claim they don't have embarrassing secrets themselves, until Sid's mother shows up with his lunch, calls him cute pet names and kisses him. Then Stinky's father shows up to loudly remind him of an appointment he has, but they will be back in time for his favorite show (like some kid's show). Sid and Stinky run away in embarrassment.

10) Iggy apologizes to Arnold, and the two have a laugh over the pajamas.
