This thought popped into my head recently. I thought what if instead of Morgana being the villain of The Little Mermaid II, it was revealed that Ursula actually survived her defeat at the end of the first movie (as well as being badly damaged from the encounter)? TBH, Morgana is a fine character, but when you think about it, she was just a discount of her sister (or as Sebastian called her "Ursula's crazy sister!). Not to mention the fact that the two of them were voiced by the same actor (the late Pat Carroll, RIP). I would still keep Undertow as well as Cloak and Dagger the sting rays as her new minions. What do you think?
