yet another non-human oc!! so here's some info about Rune ^^- is a ghost (if it wasn't obvious)
- lightly transparent, can change her transparency until completely invisible or completely visible
- can also change her lower body form!
- died at 19 and is presented as 19, yet might be much older depending on if her years of being dead counts
- she/they
- aroace!
- tends to go in human form for Halloween and quite ironically dress as a ghost, just throwing on a white blanket with holes for the eyes
- doesn't seem to have any connections with family
