Yes, I am not English native speaker and also not Chinese. My friend helped me to translated this dialogue from Japanese to English for me

If it's alright, I've corrected the dialogue a bit. -u-;;a
Instead of "If it's not you, then who?" it'd sound better as: "Who else would it be?"
Instead of "Surprise what?"-- "What's surprising?"
"I've never thought you would care about this kind of thing" -- "I never would have thought, that you cared about this kind of stuff"
"And I think it's too pity, if no one," -- "And I think it would be too pitiful if no one,"
"Tears, laugh, angry, the fear of loosing someone... Being with you, I learnt how to care others. The feeling that I have never known" -- "Tears, laughter, anger, the fear of loosing someone... Being with you, I learned how to care about others. A feeling I've never known before"
