In the Episode "Bullies," Mr. Pickles finally got to have his way with Beverly Goodman--by demonically possessing her. She is a clumsy driver who abhorred violence but when she suffered the double injustice of her only son getting beat up badly by the Blorpton Boys then getting the Blorpton boys dumped on her with all that it entails,  she was overcome with anger and despondency, making her ripe for demonic possession. The way she burst out of a giant cake, then kill and maim several biker thugs using household appliances is something well beyond her ability but not Mr. Pickles, who probably was a Chaos Space Marine Biker who rode with the likes of Doomrider prior to ascending to daemonhood andtaking his current canine form. The cake Beverly Goodman burst out of in "Bullies" was practically identical in appearance to the one Mr. Pickles burst out of during his chainsaw massacre.

By the way, Grandpa became a great badass in his own right.
