So I wish I didn’t have to do this and such, but i had to since deviantart won’t let me edit my posts 😒, anyways I wanted to address on my post here, first of all what I meant by independent females regarding Elsa is like do what makes you happy, you don’t need a man or woman to come and save you, Elsa in frozen 1 and 2 proves she can take care of herself and doesn’t need a man or woman to make her happy or one of those princesses types that wants love, secondly, what I meant by retconning Elsa’s character, is that if they change Elsa’s attitude from a woman who doesn’t need a love interest and she’s happy about her self, Too I need a big strong man (AKA Ralph) or a woman in my love life, that’s basically retconning her character, like meriada from brave is a prime example of how she doesn’t need someone’s hand in marriage, she’ll shoot for her own hand, that’s how Elsa is in frozen because she only cares about her kingdom, her sister and learning how to control her powers, and her being asexual indicates how she doesn’t need a romantic relationship to make her happy to herself, however if Jennifer Lee, the writer for frozen 1 and 2 and the first Wreck It Ralph, we’re to make this shipping cannon by adding a Ralph lookalike in frozen 3, or doing it in wreck it ralph 3, it’s gonna spark controversy because not only will it retcon how she’s written, it’s gonna make the whole independent thing that she had from the frozen movies, pointless and empty as a politician’s address to the people, so for the better of it, Jennifer Lee needs to keep Elsa Asexual because if she makes Elsa have a love interest, after development she had from the first and 2nd movie, it’s gonna make Meriada the only Disney Princess who doesn’t need a love interest to make her happy all her life, so this is why I believe Elsa should remain asexual in frozen, if you like the shipping, that’s your opinion and I’ll respect it, but please don’t tell me how Elsa having a love life will help her because it’s really not gonna help her.
