One of the illustrations for the totally FREE Official Transformers Collectors' Club prose story "The New World" ((EDIT: Hrmph, the link is down... I'll make inquiries as to getting it back online. However, if you go to the free portion of the Club site [link] , you'll find another free prose story among the nifty previews!))This is Hacksaw, leader of the Mini-Con Dinobots team and non-toy character created for the tale. The original design is by David Willis of the webcomics "It's Walky!" and "Shortpacked!" [link] ... I just gave him a rough idea of what I wanted (Mini-Con stegosaurus), he came back to me with a design which I fleshed... er, meched out.

Dinobots? Ah, that explains the diamond fins here and there that look like a stegosaurus. I have to agree with the other dude, that thing does look like TenguMan's tornado hold thing, but I tell ya, it fits a LOT better on this guy.
