They had no interaction in part 2 apart from when he went "Huh, Sakura" and then tried to stab her with his sword.

Haha okay- now I'm going to admit I can't prove anything because Sasuke is essentially asexual... he hasn't expressed any romantic interest in either a guy or a girl.
That being said, girls have thrown themselves at him, and he's rejected them... whereas we haven't had the opportunity to see his interaction with guys on a romantic level.
His and Naruto's kiss at the academy was a joke; I don't take it seriously- both of them didn't even know each other properly... well they did hate each other a bit
