The Death Note opening 1 was the first anime opening that I saw that was in Japanese, when I first ventured onto the internet in the 2000s and found anime that wasn't dubbed by 4Kids.
While 4Kids introduced me to anime, Death Note showed me that anime was more than what 4Kids put out, and then Ouran, and Keroro, and Vampire Knight.

I've had this idea to draw Shadow with a Death Note before, I've just kept forgetting about it. So I finally did it. Really though, if someone in Sonic got the Death Note and actually started using it, everyone would already know who's behind all of it. Especially if Sonic was the first person to die, or random G.U.N. people. Shadow wouldn't get to be this mysterious person so he'd be like: Yes, I have this thing, just try and take me down.
