I haven't turned them into Pokémon in a long time.Sonic is still a Sandslash even though Togedemaru exists now.
And Shadow, to his horror, is a little Pichu because Arceus hates him. Sonic is delighted that Shadow is the tiny baby Pichu because, him being a ground type, a Pichu's thundershock doesn't affect him at all and there's pretty much nothing that Shadow can do anyway, UNLESS he evolves into Pikachu and learns a non electric attacking move. But the only way he can evolve is with friendship, and Shadow isn't allowed to have friends anymore so...
Shadow is screwed.
