Detergent bottle rinsed out, put about a cup and half of dirt or sand, so wind won't blow it away. Acrylic paint for the face orange and black, paint brush. if you can get the sticker off then you just need the black paint. The hat is cover of an old magazine cut a large circle and inner circle like large bagel. Then, a cover of the old magazine roll it up like a cone and tape the ends then slide it into the circle you just cut out add some glue if you want on the bottom. The top should be pained black all over the witch hat. I put glue around the edge and a crushed up ball of a couple of pages of a magazine and glue all over it so when you put the witch hat on the dispenser part it glues on and sticks in place. Tada! I painted a face on both sides. You could even crave out the bottle and put a L.E.D.S or a fake candles like in it like a real pumpkin.
