It's as wide open,as any other path. For the rebels,the non conformist's,the ones who are sick of being pushed around by "established" religions,and their "Gurus".
One thing the "Goat Path" doesn't involve,is Fascism. No self respecting, freedom loving,rebel,would put a Dictator above themselves. Period.
The name comes from Doreen Valiente who felt Crowley and others were to "evil" to be considered "Wiccans".
Which I find totally laughable,seeing how Wicca is a direct offshoot of Thelema,and Crowley wrote a lot of it,including the Wiccan Book of Shadows.
