Description
Today was my father's birthday! I was (unfortunately) scrambling to get this piece done, and it ended up being my favorite dragon piece yet! I was very happy with my abilities to make an intricate yet surprisingly simple design for this NightWing fellow.

This is actually almost a remake of a very similar drawing I made for my father a few years back. It was the same dragon, with a bit of a different design, but all the colors and most of the attributes are the same.

I showed this to him today and my favorite comment he made was: "I like the mohawk scales you put on his head. He looks like a tough gentleman."
