Anyway, I haven't learned my lesson from shading metal, so I present another piece I put 5-6 hours of my life into. I'm super happy with how this came out, and I wouldn't have it any other way.
For reference (and to prove I'm cool and stuff) there are 7 layers of shading/lighting on this pretty bird, and I added two more and I'm really happy that I did.

I hope the image quality doesn't deteriorate and stuff that would suck
