YES! Of course she does, because Kiki has grown up! And so have her ringlets! She is now 13-years-old (10 years later to be exact) but still sweet, happy and perky as ever!
She has matured quiet a bit from her childhood and she is just as loving as can be to everybody she meets!

She loves all the Soldier and Sailor Senshi and they love her right back for she is really loving and very helpful with whatever the need may be at the time for whoever needs it.

I hope you love her more darling as a teen-ager this time around! Yep. I decided to cave in and join the ranks in creating Chibi Chibi in her teen-years, finally, to be honest.
And truthfully, if you where to take a couple of straightening irons (2 or 3 might work) her hair would be as long as Serena's pigtails. I originally was going to have them fall to her feet, but they are such tight corkscrew-ringlets, I just decided to have them come down just above her knees, and that was the best decision of all.
Not too mention, I wanted to give her a completely different and unique hairstyle all her own, and this works out perfectly for her!
