when i see that picture a scene comes to my mind.

SHE suddenly watched out of the window, after a heavy quarrel with her boyfriend. they both said things they didn't want to say
theres a bit of anger in her eyes, but also some tiredness ...
also the 2 pillows say "get him back"

It feels lile she is in some motel, looking to unfamiliar scenery through window... Maybe she is on the run, maybe she is waiting for someone to return...
