I love the outcome of the hair but hate the necklace. Got lazy towards the end with the necklace so it's a bit messy

When I saw the thumbnail of this picture at the bottom of my screen in a channel, I thought it was a real picture, like someone had taken a professional picture of her. Long ramble short, this is an amazing picture and I think you did a fantastic job! And the necklace looks fine.

Okay, I`m not a big fan of Hilary, but I saw this and was floored. This is gorgeous, whether you think there are things wrong with it or not. (the necklace, by the way, is wonderful. so just be nice to yourself.) And I think that it is sometimes when we get lazzy with our work and just half-ass things that they actually turn out to look pretty good. So nice job. ^_~

Simply incredible. I honestly thought this was a photo when i first saw it... it looks very real, and it's very well done. Nothing looks shiney (except the beads which should look that way) like in most realism portraits I've seen. It's a marvelous job, well done!

Your technical abilities are really displayed well in this image. It certainly must take a lot of patience to make a picture like this and I commend you for that. By any chance did you compose and take the original photograph too, or is this essentially based from another photographer's work?

I saw that there was an angry mood selected for one of the comments, so I thought I had angered you in some way.
I have no doubt the digital work is yours, I was never questioning that nor the quality of the work involved.
Although as someone who has had my work heavily referenced, copied, and even downright stolen by others without any sort of acknowledgement or permission on their part, I personally think it's just a nice, respectiful thing to acknowledge one's source material. (I've never seen the original photo on which this piece is based, so I'm certainly not in a position to say how closely you referenced said photo. It's very possible that you significantly changed many elements of it in your digital interpretation. I'm sure you're more creative than you give yourself credit for
