Yayz!
It's done! My end of the deal of the art trade with is complete and I like the way it turned out too.
RYST is the GIRL Elite:
She wears Ultra armor, BUT with a few key differences! Instead of silvery, her armor is a bright, clean white. The darker brown parts of her armor (on the front of the helmet, the middle of the shoulder pauldrons, etc.) are silver. Red markings are still there. Also, she always wears a long black-and-white striped scarf, and she stands a good deal taller than Fallout, at least a foot or so.
FALLOUT is the boy spartan.
He is her leader/boyfriend. Mark V helmet, scout chest, jump jet shoulders, FJ/PARA knee pads, etc. Armor colors are steel primary and blue secondary.

Nice work. What makes be feel bit awkward is the armor though, somehow too thin (Spartan) and comes with blurry illuminations (both)?

She can draw femleets the way she wants to, she doesn't complain about boobed leets on other people's work, either. Also, Elites in general looked different on that episode of Legends.

There jaws do not always need to show all four mandibles, check Halopedia. I know she can, but I was just pointing that out.

I suppose you mean they don't need to move all 4 parts apart from each other but can hold them together, especially to form human words, though uhhh, that's not the point here.
Anyhow, different artists depict elites in different ways, including the way they move their mouths. She doesn't need to take an anime version for canon if she doesn't want to..

There's no proper way just yet, not until they appear in-game (I doubt it'll ever happen, sadly). And I really REALLY doubt the proper way would be 'boobed' and with hair, they're reptiles.
But, there are a lot of people drawing them with boobs and some even with hair, so...you don't find that the proper way either?
