Brief Info: Cactus would act like the Needle ability; but with some water-based and protective attacks! The main provider is Cacti (which I covered last time), but other cactus-like enemies could provide it. This ability could possibly be Needle's replacement, who knows. The helper/friend would be Cacti, who can float just like NESP and Vividria.

Ability Description (if it was in the games): As the desert drought goes on, the cactus lives on. Spiky spins, water leaks, and a little digging are perfect for finishing your foes! Ye-ouch, that would really hurt!

Team-Up Attacks (if it was in Star Allies): Fresh Water (Cactus + Anybody, leaks fresh water that form puddles that can replenish you and your friends, works like Artist's Still Life and Doctor Healmore's "Circle of Healing"), Thundersplash (Plasma + Cactus), and Splash Curling (Stone, Gooey's Stone form, and Rick's Stone form + Cactus).

Friend Abilities (if it was in Star Allies): Basically, Cactus would provide the element of water (aka Splash). Here's the list...Splash Sword, Splash Yo-Yo, Splash Cutter, Splash Hammer, Splash Staff, Splash Bomb, Splash Ninja, Splash Whip, Splash Spear, and Splash Marx.

Friend Actions (if it was in Star Allies): If you exclude spoilers and those that just involve going in one direction, that leaves the Friend Star. The stars that Cactus Kirby/Cacti would shoot out would be water-imbued stars.
