Wow! This style is amazing It's like an illustration from a children's storybook. I'm not sure what's all going on, but, even without any context, I'm guessing that's a father and son on the right and some kind of conductor on the left.
Very impressive image and looking forward to finding a story to it if there is one.

It's like illustration from one of these great storybook you can sometimes find in really old houses inhabited by specific kind of old people
