old work,resubmit with tutorial link.Many ppl asking me about how to make water-color effect
in my illustration,
This picture I wrote some tutorial quite awhile,
in Wacom-Asia procorner please take a look,
I use photoshop both drawing and coloring.
I hope it will be useful for u guy.

Another way I've done is using my custom brush,will share brush later
BTW,the most important thing,not tool.
It's about foundation,so I recommend to take a real
traditional paint,you'll get a things more when you paint digital.
