Stygian is the same race as Frost. he's the commander of a small pirate federation and currently allied with Chayote and his much larger organization.

at this time, I don't have much else to say about him, I'm currently working on the arc he debuts in. I'm not sure what I'm doing with him yet, I just knew I wanted a frost/freiza race in the story.
