I spent a little while (about 2 hours) making this in Minecraft the other day.If it looks familiar, that is because it is based off a pixel art Pikachu done by Aminako fav.me/d1cqfit
I even made a custom texture pack just for this world so that each part of the Pikcahu would be pixel-perfect and match the original in shading.
If you want the world, ask for it.

lol yea...there's something else though...maybe just that the head is wider than the body, and that's seen on Pichu but not as obvious on Pikachu
