Shock wave DeadZone can cause an electrical shockwave that can damage opponents. It can stun them if they are critically hit

Zap Can concentrate energy into a bolt of electricity. However it can only hit one target and is easy to dodge.

Likes: Causing Mayhem, Making electric gadgets lose power, beating up superheroes

Dislikes: Superheros, Sketchists, interacting with other people, other villains

Strengths: Is very good at sensing electronics and gadgets. Knows what he wants and is very smart.

Weaknesses: His power seem to go away when he gets soaked. He is anti-social and can get angry easily.

Goals: To cause mayhem in Action City.

Fears: Being forced to interact with other people in non-combat forms and tight spaces.

Quirks/Habits: Tends to talk down to others even when he doesn't realize it.

History: Was always anti-social and hated being around people. With action city being heavily populated by both heroes and villains and having no other place to live, he decided to become a villain. He has tried multiple times to get people to leave his area of residence in the city, but is mostly unsuccessful thanks to the heroes and sidekicks who live there.
