First of all I'm going to give you context about this, I base this concept on the Fakemon from Pokemon Clover called Regirode (Ruined Regirock) Regimelt (Ruined Regice) and Regirust ( Registeel) or I think known as Dead Regitrio. I have played Pokemon Clover before and after with the update and feel that.
but well I did this for a reason, I did not see that there were versions of Regieleki and Regidraco but I was wrong and if there was but I still wanted to make my own versions,and first I showed them SawkTheFighter13 on Youtube that's where I saw that there were versions of him with those who sent Regis and Ruined Legendary Pokemon.

Regioutage: Electric/Ghost
This pokemon has been exploited due to the overuse of its electrical energy and the wear of its cables, they have deactivated all electricity

Regislain: Dragon/Ghost
This pokemon was masked in ancient times because they consider the dragon type as something evil, it bears marks after resisting the attacks of fairies, its energy is hardly capable of defending.
