We don't //officially// meet him until 'Dragon of the people', the name of the 2nd book in the two-book saga. But that does not necessarily mean that he doesn't play a huge role.
This two book series called 'The Greisle Saga'
He was drawn as practice for the lighting of the Dag ne Doha people. It's probably pretty obvious that I am obsessed with lighting tests. Yes, because I'm admittedly not very great at it yet and so far (at the time I drew this, 2020) it's very abstract.
