Another redrawing of the little evil fish.P. S. If you're wandering about the eyelashes, it's not suppose to be like a fem version or smth. General Bubbles actually does have eyelashes in the show, they just appear rarely in and are small and thin.
I just decided to make them bigger as a personal touch so that my drawings would be a bit more distinct from the show's look.
