Upper Left Circle: Place your character's faction icon here (THIS IS NOT AN OPTION, INDEPENDENTS HAVE AN ICON TOO), if they live in a settlement and are part of a faction, put the faction icon and not the settlement, unless you want both? (icons can be found here >> Icons )

Name: Write your character's full name (as full as you want it to be) in the space provided

Full Body Reference: A frontal full body reference of your character with full color, doesn't have to be the absolute best of the best, it just needs to be comprehensible.

- Shading is ABSOLUTELY optional
- This can be commissioned or drawn for you by a consenting artist, provide a link to the lineart/base if you use one (MUST BE EXPLICITLY FREE TO USE)
- There can be more than one angle/outfit of the same character (front, back, side views, another outfit, etc).
- Any pose is acceptable unless it covers a lot!
- Please cover up their naughty bits! We accept NSFW art but applications should never be NSFW!
- Have them in their normal attire or their survival attire! (No power armor please, there's a separate application sheet for that)
- Must be a FULL body, feet and all (unless they're missing feet lol but you get what I mean, a half body can be put on in addition to the full body)
- No gray scales or the like, must be their full true colors!
- Super mutants are green or any shade of green! no blues, pinks, purples, etc!
- Nightkin are blue or any shade of blue! No greens, pinks, purples, etc! (gray is acceptable so long as there's a blue tint)
- Human skin tones only for humans and synths! HELPFUL CHART
- Ghouls can virtually be any color so long as its a decedent of regular skin tones (or they can be green toned/glowing)
- Wheelchairs do not have to be included in the full body, they can be put in the extra slot as a rough sketch (or detailed) but they have to be on there somewhere

Misc/Inventory: Extra spot for quips and details, their PipBoy, their tattoos, color scheme, eye color-- ANYTHING CAN GO HERE THAT YOU FIND IMPORTANT!

- EVERYTHING THAT GOES HERE MUST BE DRAWN (Unless it's an extra bit that can be put in words)!
- Above meaning, if your character has a PipBoy, it cannot be a picture of a PipBoy

Profile Reference: This is the side view of your character's head, if there is a side view in the full body, then do a front view. This does not have to be fully lined or fully colored.

Quote: Can be a quote from your character, a song lyric, a poem, a novel, a movie, etc. (THIS IS OPTIONAL, if it isn't a quote from your character please credit the artist in some way)

Species: The species include (and are limited to): Human, Ghoul, Synth (F, M, O, A), Super Mutant, Nightkin, Sentient Deathclaw, and Robot

Height: How tall is your character? (this is optional for super mutants, nightkins, sentient deathclaws, and robots)

Sex: Which sex are they? This is their physical sex and not their gender

Gender: What gender does your character identify as? All of these , and many more, are absolutely acceptable.

Weapon (+weapon box): This is for the name of, and the reference of your characters weapon.

- MUST BE DRAWN, THIS IS NOT AN OPTION!
- Guns are horribly hard to draw, so if you need to trace this or draw a rough sketch, go ahead.
- The weapon must be reasonable, it cannot be a blade that traps souls or a 1000+ damage flamethrower.
- This does not have to be colored, It can be an outline or a sketch
- This can be drawn by another member or commissioned just like the character art

Faction: Your character's faction, not where they live, if they live in St. Patrick's only then put settlement, but if they live in St. Patrick's and are S.O.S put S.O.S here and St. Patrick's in location

Job: Refer to the job lists and select a job for your character. (Your character can have up to three jobs at most)

Birthday: Time is still pretty relevant in the fallout, when was your character born?

Gender: Your character's gender, include their sex as well this time

Job: Your character's job (Your character can have up to three jobs at most)

Weapon: Your character's weapon, include how much damage it does (do not overdo the damage)

S.P.E.C.I.A.L Put these down here as well.

Species: The species include: Human, Ghoul, Synth, Super Mutant, Nightkin, Sentient Deathclaw, and Robot

Race/Ethnicity: This whole roleplay still takes place in the world as we see it, so "Black British" is a perfect way of describing them. (this is optional for super mutants, nightkins, sentient deathclaws, and robots)

Voice: Who voices your character? (this is optional, but very nice to know)

Height: How tall is your character? (this is optional for super mutants, nightkins, sentient deathclaws, and robots)

History:This is a very important part of the character making process, you need to make this as creative as possible. If your character had no friends growing up, please explain why that happened and how it effected them personally (that's just an example it applies to most of every other aspect). This needs to be realistic, if their family all died then there needs to be a good course of events as to how that happened. Any nitty-gritty details such as rape, sexual abuse, self harm, etc is acceptable as long as you place a bold warning at the very top of your description (10 sentences minimum)

Perks: You are allowed four perks, choose them wisely from any fallout game, if the perk is roughly the same as another one you already chose, then choose something else. Wiki Page

Carry Weight: This is based on your strength, take your strength level and times it by 25

Health Points: This is based on your endurance, take your endurance and times it by 25

Action Points: This is based on your agility, take your agility and times it by 25

Resistances: Their resistance to poison, radiation, energy, ballistic, melee can only go up to 20% if your character has no perks that aid this. They must be realistic based on what armor they have and everything in this Wiki Page . (this is optional)

Personality: Who is your character? Include at least 6 positive, and 6 negative aspects about your character. (i.e flirty or short tempered) Please do not make your character a Mary-Sue, balance everything out and make them as unique as possible. (8 sentences minimum)

Likes: What your character likes, be specific and creative, liking having friends is something everyone would like, so think outside of that box.

Dislikes: What does your character dislike? This also needs to be creative, so disliking "being shot" will not cut it.

Hobbies: What does your character do in their free time? Please be a little creative with this, remember that video games and TV do not exist!

Extra: This can be practically anything, their allergies, their boob size, their favorite color, anything!
